SAVE: website and app design for launch

The launch design for an investment news platform, with a September 2026 update: 100K+ Google Play downloads and a 4.8 rating on the Korean App Store.

The engagement

SAVE brings U.S. market news, company reports and economic events to Korean investors. We were commissioned to design its website and app for the initial launch in 2025. The work covered the launch website, desktop and mobile reading, onboarding and notifications.

Make news easy to scan

The design needed to help people judge a headline quickly: where it came from, how urgent it was and which company it concerned. On desktop, the feed and market context sit together. Source, headline and related ticker stay visible before a reader opens a story.

A connected mobile experience

The app carries that same information structure into a smaller screen. Feed cards support a quick read, the calendar organizes upcoming events, and personal settings keep alerts within reach. The website and app were designed as parts of the same launch experience.

These figures describe SAVE as a product on September 21, 2026, after our launch design engagement. Google Play shows a cumulative download threshold; the rating and rating count come from the Korean App Store. They measure different things and do not establish the effect of design alone.

The launch milestone

The original case study on imjunejk.com reports 100K daily active users within four weeks of launch. That is a launch-period milestone reported in June Kim's portfolio, separate from the dated store snapshot above.
