What we built

Cafe Mallow is a coffee, matcha and cookie shop in Downey, California. We built its website in English, Korean and Spanish, with pickup ordering, Stripe payment integration and Instagram integration.

We also added LocalBusiness structured data and entered the Google Business Profile menu: 25 items in six categories, with names, descriptions and prices.

Ingredients ran out within three days of launch, so the website was temporarily paused.

The first Search Console record, on September 11, showed an average position of 5.7. The first seven days after launch, September 12–18, averaged 3.2: a gain of 2.5 positions. That puts the site higher in the search results where it appeared.

This snapshot covers September 12–18, 2026, inclusive, in Pacific time. It uses final Google Search Console data for cafe-mallow.com and www.cafe-mallow.com, retrieved on September 23. Impressions and clicks are totals for the seven-day period; average position is Google's aggregate for that same period.

The figures measure the site's visibility and clicks in Google web search. We will keep tracking search performance as the shop and website resume service.
